“While I specialize in couple's counseling, my practice does offer individual and family treatment. My work is focused on helping individuals identify behavior and relationship patterns that interfere with their overall health and functioning. I offer experience working with clients in many areas including but not limited to: medication compliance, chronic pain, trauma histories, parenting issues, infertility and marital discord. I have had extensive experience providing services to children and adolescents around issues related to trauma, attachment and oppositional behavior issues.

My work is driven by the goals of each client. We focus on the issues that currently matter to them. I will work with clients on recognizing how trauma may play a role in their current circumstances, but I allow clients to decide how deeply they wish to explore their past.
