I have a Masters in Spiritual Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I have over 20 years of experience in Spirituality, Mind/Body/Spirit Awareness, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I have a holistic approach that incorporates Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt,and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and can assist individuals in healing childhood and single episode traumas. I am especially motivated to show you how to use the latest technologies in interpersonal neurobiology to maximize your potential! I focus on integrating the spiritual, mental, physical and emotional levels of consciousness for the highest good.
I am passionate about working with children, teens and families who struggle with ADHD and other mental health issues such as anxiety and PTSD. I have advanced training in Brain Systems Psychotherapy and use that training to conceptualize mind/body/spirit issues and incorporate Brain Systems therapy in most treatment plans.

Participants learn to more effectively manage anger, set/maintain assertive boundaries, move from anger to forgiveness, more sincerely/completely apologize for hurtful behaviors and to forgive/make peace with themselves. The process includes educational and experiential components, as well as group discussion.
