I believe that you carry within yourself all of the resources you need to thrive. My role as a counselor is to help you access and activate your natural ability to grow from experiences. The foundation for this growth is built within the context of a safe,nurturing and non-judgmental counseling relationship. Together we will explore the internal and external factors that are impeding your growth and the choices you can make to change your future. I believe it is possible to change and to live a meaningful, balanced and joyful life.

I work with clients in group and individual sessions on issues pertaining to personal growth, anxiety, addiction and trauma. I strive to help clients create meaning from their experiences and purpose for their lives.

My counseling style is client-centered. I see each client as a unique individual. I try not to make assumptions about the inner or outer worlds of my clients; instead I aim to listen and understand.
