I feel that compassion, trust and understanding are the foundations of therapy. In my 25 years of practice I have found this personal approach works best to help heal emotional pain. I help people who have been experiencing problems like anxiety, panic, depression, relationship problems, co-dependence, chronic worry and more. In a safe and respectful environment I will work to understand your personal struggle with emotional pain and help you to work toward a better life.
