My role as a therapist is to assist you as you find your way to your healthiest, happiest and most creative self. I bring a range of therapeutic strategies and perspectives to bear in assisting you to overcome obstacles and challenges to your personal goals and vision in life. The approach we pursue together will depend on the particular issue you find most pressing for you: anxiety, depression, communication or trauma for example.

My practice focuses on work with individuals, couples and families. My clinical experience of 15+ years has equipped me to work effectively with you on a wide range of struggles that might concern you at the pace that is best for you.
