My role as a therapist is to assist you as you find your way to your healthiest, happiest and most creative self. The approach we pursue together will depend on the particular issue you find most pressing for you: anxiety, depression, communication or trauma for example.

My practice focuses on work with individuals, couples and families. My clinical experience of 10+ years has equipped me to work effectively with you on a wide range of struggles that might concern you at the pace that is best for you.”
