Todd Hayen

I am a master's level psychotherapist that practices from a more person-oriented perspective. My clients come to me with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, and work issues.. I focus on the cause of their suffering rather than just putting a band-aid on the symptoms. I help my clients see meaning in their lives and a purpose behind their current situation. We work together to find something beyond the usual, and beyond the typical things they may attribute to their suffering. I offer weekend and evening hours.

I approach each client with warmth, concern and respect and with the intention of conflict resolution and promoting personal growth. I help my clients rediscover the beauty, fun, and excitement in living—either through their relationships, their work, or just through a better tuned awareness.

I use a variety of methods in my work including talk therapy, sand tray therapy, dream work, past life regression therapy, and other creative modalities as well as the more conventional approaches.
