I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years experience in outpatient mental health. I am a Level one trained clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a highly researched and validated method used in treating Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. It is also being used with some people in treating depression, anxiety, and phobias.

Each person has inherent strengths, abilities and inner wisdom. My role is to assist individuals in gaining new insight and self-awareness while developing healthy skills to address life stressors and achieve optimal emotional, mental and spiritual well being.
