Traci W Pirri

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , MSW , LCSW

(919) 695-9116
My ideal client comes in two forms: those who need to heal and those who are ready to fly. I believe every person can have the life they want with the right supports and tools, despite whatever life might have thrown their way. My practice, whether therapy or life coaching, is based on helping each client to find what works best for them. I work with clients and their families to move them towards a happier, more productive life.
My therapeutic passion is helping others ease the pain from anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, and a history of trauma. While I love the healing process, I also am passionate about helping people meet their full potential with life coaching. Balance is the key--for my practice, for healing, for life.
Since 2005, I have specialized in the treatment of trauma. I am trained in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Both are short-term, research-based treatments for post-traumatic stress symptoms. Coaching people from victim to survivor is my life work.
