My therapy model is cognitive-behaviour therapy, which means I help clients to change so their ways of thinking help clients to achieve their life goals. I have extensive training in psychotherapy with diverse populations, including therapy with ethnically and racially diverse populations, and therapy with gay men, lesbians, and bisexual people.
I work with patients with problems with anxiety, depression, relationships, and coping with chronic diseases like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, HIV, and chronic pain.
