Mr. Ugo Uche

As a therapist, I work to guide people who are in a place of being emotionally stuck, to an agreed upon place of wellness and thriving. When we become emotionally stuck, we become our own worst enemies; as we routinely engage in behaviors detrimental to our well being. My approach with clients is based on a client focused perspective. I believe all clients to include minors, know themselves better than anyone else. This approach is vital as it empowers clients to decide upon which evidence based therapeutic strategy works best for their emotional growth.

Ugo also uses a combination of Adventure Based Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help his clients achieve a more consistent healthier and happier state of mind.
