Hope. Health. Healing. It takes courage to begin the counseling journey. I am a dedicated professional with a passion for counseling and the healing it provides. I offer counseling services that focus on the issues and concerns that affect women and teens (ages 14- Adult), including but not limited to: abuse, trauma, dating violence, self esteem issues, relationship issues, divorce, school issues, parenting issues, anxiety, fear and peer (social) pressure.

I have received specific training in rape crisis, art/play therapy, counseling women, adolescents and children affected by Domestic Violence (also known as Familial Violence and Intimate Partner Violence), sexual assault/abuse and emotional abuse. I have facilitated/co facilitated parenting and domestic violence support groups.

My goal is to guide and assist you through this journey using a variety of treatment approaches that will best aid you in meeting your therapeutic needs. You can expect to be treated with respect and empathy in a nurturing environment as we begin the counseling journey.
