My skills as a practitioner who provided health promotion and maintenance exams, diagnosed illness and did family crisis intervention for 28 years before specializing in counseling allows me a unique perspective. I have worked in Charleston,South Carolina since 1981 with families, both adults and children, in all stages of their lives. I have many friends, former patients and employees living in the area that can give you a reference.

I would be honored to be selected for a telephone interview by any potential patient or patient's parents who are dealing with : nutrition and exercise tolerance, family life issues, school complications(Kindergarten-Higher Education), job loss, a diagnosis of illness, a recent move to the area and adjusting to a move to a retirement home.

In addition to counseling , if the need arises I can PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS for patients of record if they have had a recent physical to rule out common health conditions that mimic depression and anxiety. Additionally, I order lab tests to monitor medications prescribed. I do not replace your primary care physician.”
