“I feel clients come to therapy when they need some support in their lives. My role is to help individuals, couples and families find their way during times of transition. I truly believe people have positive intentions for connection and a sense of compentence but sometimes they need assistance in how best to achieve those needs.

My work with clients is tailored to their histories, presentation and dyanmics they present in therapy. I am directive in my approach and then collaborate with clients for them to internalize positive skills on their own. I feel different theories and approaches work best when they are specific and intentional.

As a Clinical Psychologist as well as Licesend Marital and Family Therapist, I am able to identify individual issues as well as larger relational or systemic issues relating to family, work, schools, etc. With the consent and preference of clients, I collaborate with these sytems to increase effectiveness in treatment.”
