Sometime life's challenges can be an opportunity to grow and get to know ourselves better. I work with individuals, couples and families. I enjoy working with adolescents and see all ages in my practice.
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and a variety of addiction issues and eating disorders. I have many years of experience helping people who have been sexually assaulted/abused or been in violent realtionships.
I practice EMDR and am a certified practitioner. I use energy techniques to help clients find ways to cope more effectively and experience quick relief from their symptoms.
