You will learn to 'mind your mental health and mend your realtionships' when I create a treatment plan designed to meet your unique therapeutic goals. You and your family can become empowered through individual psychotherapy, couples' counseling or family therapy. You can learn to make decisions about your life--not to rely on a therapist or others to make them for you. My role as your therapist is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer possibilities, instill hope, challenge when necessary, recommend resources, and be a witness to your growth and healing. I would be honored to make this journey with you.

If you are looking to enhance your relationships, I can help. Couples counseling (premarital, cohabitating, marital, even pre and post-divorce) can resolve conflict, foster strengths, promote better communication, and solve problems. Family therapy also benefits relationships. Plus, there are no additional costs for multiple people in my therapy room.

You will gain tools for life in therapy. You can develop insight, compassion, creativity, purpose, and deeper relationships. I use illustrations, metaphors, handouts, and props to bring words and ideas to your life. It is my hope that you will experience therapy both as educational and as fun.
