You and your family can become empowered through individual psychotherapy, couples' counseling or family therapy. You can learn to make decisions about your life--not to rely on a therapist or others to make them for you. My role as your therapist is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer possibilities, instill hope, challenge when necessary, recommend resources, and be a witness to your growth and healing. I would be honored to make this journey with you.

Couples counseling (premarital, cohabitating, marital, even pre and post-divorce) can resolve conflict, foster strengths, promote better communication, and solve problems. Family therapy also benefits relationships. Plus, there are no additional costs for multiple people in my therapy room.
