“I have been a practicing psychotherapist for fourteen years working with adolescents and adults. My goal is to provide a safe,non-judgemental environment, while I work with you to actively pursue insight and solutions to your issues and concerns. My approach is a mixture of developing a relationship with you while integrating cognitive behavioral techniques with empathy, humor, metaphors and mindfulness skill training.

Some common issues that I have assisted my clients include: depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, relationship issues, divorce, parenting and co-parenting, issues relating to sexuality, and coping with HIV disease. I work with individuals and couples.”
