Often, the way out of depression and anxiety means exploring our creative self, reconnecting with the joy that we were born with. And sometimes life's apparent tragedies bring us back to our best selves. Sometimes the struggles of our children or partners lead us there. And always, it is a little easier with an understanding person to listen, offer suggestions, and care about us unconditionally. Therapy helps us change what seems impossible to do by ourselves, whether it's a relationship with food or alcohol or a job that just isn't working. I can help.

I have an MBA from Harvard University and many years of experience in business, which means I am quick to understand career and financial issues that face many families. I have also worked extensively with gay and lesbian couples and am on the founding faculty for Antioch University's LGBT specialization.
