“Sometimes the most difficult part is knowing where to begin. A therapist should help you examine the issues and figure out what you can do about them. Whether it's career stress, relationship problems, depression and anxiety, or traumatic life events, I can help you find the appropriate tools to understand and take charge of your life. My work is with adults and older teens doing couples and indivdual therapy.

In addition to the essential combination of respect and candor that every client deserves, I use Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, Supportive and Exploratory therapy, EMDR(for anxiety,phobia,trauma),Solution-Oriented Brief Therapy and Hypnosis. I also specialize in marital affair counseling.

My practice is a small, private and peaceful office where you will be treated respectfully and individually in downtown Scottsdale easily accessible by Loop 101, between Hayden and Scottsdale Roads, one block south of Camelback Rd.near Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. For your convenience, I accept Master Card and Visa.”
