I am a Licensed Psychologist and Coach who works with men and women who may be experiencing difficulties such as depression, stress, burn out and anxiety. As a trauma informed therapist I can work closely with you to uncover unresolved emotions and painful life events that may be blocking you from love, self expression and feeling that your needs are being met. I love supporting people to connect to their true emotions and body intelligence which will lead them to make choices that work best for themselves, their families and the world around them. I offer support and guidance to women and men seeking to feel empowered to live a rich and rewarding life. My post graduate training includes trauma, sexuality, focusing, body movement and energy psychology. Tools such as Tapping (EFT) and EMDR can support clients to connect with their innate wisdom allowing healing and emotional freedom.
