Mr. Vlado (vladislav) Solc

I offer Psychotherapy in a comfortable setting designed to meet my patient's unique needs. Some of my professional expertises are: Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Addiction, Sleeping and Partnership Issues. Many of my clients do not suffer from any specific 'mental health problem'; in a crucial point in their lives, they reached a deep need for self-understanding. We can call this 'spiritual' need for individuation or becoming the true selves. My client's are motivated by the thirst for happiness and higher meaning. I also provide professional supervision to Substance Abuse Counselors in training.

I have extensive clinical experience. I have devoted myself to the study of psychotherapeutic techniques for more than 15 years. My approach is primarily analytical (Jungian; depth oriented) and existential. I often work with dreams, symbols, active imagination, feelings and intuition. I usually meet with my client once per week.

As a trainee of the Jungian Institute of Chicago, the Czech Association of Analytical Psychology and a graduate of Charles University, I use an analytical approach, with this on my mind: there is a self-healing drive in every human soul! Therefore I use techniques which facilitate this tendency.
