Offering individual counseling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy services to adults and adolescents. In collaboration, we will define and explore presenting problems that may be inhibiting personal growth, level of functioning, and/or overall wellbeing. Goals shall be formulated and a plan for achieving these goals established. My orientation is eclectic, drawing from evidence based practices such as Brief, Cognitive-Behavioral, Existential, Psychoanalytic, Rational-Emotive, and Reality Therapy.
Clinical Hypnosis may be considered as a treatment modality if warranted but only in accordance with your wishes.
