Are you feeling concerned about your child or teen's recent behavior? Are you struggling with your relationship with them? Whether you, your family, or child/adolescent are dealing with emotional or behavioral struggles, I provide a safe and comforting environment for working through these difficult situations.

My passion and specialization is working with children, adolescents, and their families who are struggling with difficult life changes, depression or anxiety, behavioral problems, loss or grief issues, and relationship issues. I have had several years of experience working with youth in a variety of school and community mental health centers.

I also provide individual adult therapy for those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship problems. I understand that choosing someone to openly share your struggles with can be difficult. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation to see if I am the right fit for you and your family.
