Mrs. Wendy Fredricks

I work with individuals and couples on a range of issues from depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, PTSD, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. I use an integrated approach of client-centered therapy, dream work, bio-energetics, energy healing and a relatively new therapy called brainspotting. This therapy uses eye movement and felt sensation to tap into the wisdom the body has to heal itself. This therapy has proven highly effective for trauma, anxiety, creative blocks, and chronic pain. I also work with couples to forge a deeper connection by exploring destructive patterns of behavior, and improving communication and coping strategies.

I trained, and currently teach at the Integral Healing Centre of Toronto (integralhealingcentre.com). I use an integrated approach which includes classic talk therapy combined with bodywork, exploration of dreams, guided visualizations, and energy healing. Each session is client-directed, and tailored to the individual's needs in the moment.

I work in partnership with my clients to deal with issues that are keeping them from enjoying a full life. Energy work is a key component in my practice, and I have recently added brainspotting, a sophisticated approach proven effective in supporting the self-healing properties of the brain.
