Everyone at some point in their life experiences struggles, life transitions and adjustment issues." I have been conducting individual, marital, family as well as child / adlolescent counseling for over 10 years. I have experience working with clients' struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, coping & communication skills, personal relationships, anger management and many other issues. Counseling is a way to help you recognize your thought patterns, aid in enhhancing /preserving relationships and give you appropriate coping skills.

My role is to provide a safe atmosphere and ensure confidentiality so that you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I am also there to stimulate growth, facilitate insight and aid you in achieving your goals.
