I provide counseling for individuals and couples dealing with a wide array of issues, including but not limited to: * Relationships, including pre-marital counselling, couples, and family issues * Work related stress * Life coaching * Parenting * Women's health issues * Depression/Anxiety * Court involvement, including criminal charges and family court processes

I have a Masters in Social Work, and am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers. I also have a law degree and am a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. I have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with mental health issues, and families in conflict.
