Add to that the stress we all experience in today's world and life can be overwhelming. I have spent my career training to give you the tools to create a new life.

My philosophy is one of wholeness. We cannot separate the physical, emotional, or spiritual aspects of ourselves or our relationships. Achieving mindfulness and awareness is the first step to creating a new life. I have specialized training in individual and couple's therapy, child and family play therapy, and emotional and spiritual healing therapies.

As a trained Christian Spiritual Director, I can help you integrate the emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of your life into a more balanced whole. I offer day, evening and Saturday appointments located at 249 and Jones Road between Tomball and Willowbrook Mall.”
