“For many in today's world, keeping a job in the current economy is a daily stress. We all are affected by our "human-ness"; interpersonal relationships, worries about our children (or parents), loss, sexual conflicts, hormonal changes, or an adjustment to a new stage of life. When life feels more difficult than usual or destructive patterns need repair; therapy can help you to discover creative and viable solutions. It is through the challenges in our lives that we realize our potential for growth, happiness and healthy relationships.

In practice as an Arizona licensed therapist for over 23 years, I am studying with the ASU Doctor of Behavioral Health program. I have specialized clinical training in a variety of conflicts,situations and stages of life. Couples therapy is a particular specialty; building relationship and increasing understanding of self/partner.

I work with individuals and couples; healing stress, anger, depression, anxiety, poor communication, sexual issues, substance abuse, adjustment and grief.
