All of us are faced at some time during life with circumstances that challenge our relationships and ourselves. Therapy can be a catalyst toward discovery of creative and viable solutions, or in the personal work toward acceptance. Through conflicts opportunities are created. I work with individuals and couples to discover opportunity and weave growth and maturity into decision-making. Individual therapy and coaching are a few of my areas of specialty. I also work with couples who may be struggling, or perhaps just want to strengthen their foundation. Couple's counseling involves enhancing communication and interpersonal dialogue by addressing the needs each individual brings to the partnership.

I have been in practice as an Arizona licensed psychotherapist for 25 years and have specialized clinical experience. Through my current doctoral studies at ASU, I integrate into practice updated research and apply effective interventions. Diversity is always welcomed.
