“I foster a hope-giving relationship in my practice. After sixteen years of clinical work with victims of domestic violence, family violence and other forms of trauma, I am ever hopeful and optimistic about healing. I am especially effective at dealing with the intersection of addiction, trauma and mental health issues. I believe in every individual's innate ability to recover and heal, and my role is to offer guidance along the way!
I facilitate an array of support and educational groups, having honed these skills through years of working with substance abuse and trauma issues. I also work effectively with children of all ages dealing with such issues as ADHD, depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders, and in collaboration with parents, families, schools.
I have managed non-profit programs for fifteen years, providing supervision and skill development to graduate students, clinical therapists and other professionals. I am an expert in the field having provided statewide trainings and guest lectures at local graduate schools.”
