As your counselor I will be invested in you and your well-being, using all my knowledge, skills, and experience to guide you to these answers and towards wholeness.

As a Professional and Pastoral Counselor, I serve adolecent's and adults with a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. My specialties are Mental Health issues, such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar, trauma, and abuse. Another specialty is addiction support and encouragement for recovery, family, and friends.

The integration of one's own spirituality and psychotherapy serves as a profound avenue to healing. Having overcome much pain of my own I have realized this first hand. I offer to you genuine empathy, hope, and healing.”
