I have helped people with issues managing a mental illness and creating a good life, overcoming depression, anxiety, loss. I have a special interest in grief following losses of all kinds, including loss of spouse, work, health, or through relocation. I can help you with trauma resolution, healing old wounds. I have taught groups and counseled individuals regarding issues, and emotions related to aging and death. I include wholistic practices such as stress reducing relaxation, focusing and Jungian dream work.

I can assist you to achieve a better understanding of yourself and others through learning your personality type and the way your unique personality profile relates to work and relationships. Many find this leads to increased self understanding and helps them make wiser and more fulfilling choices.
