I combine principles from the Cognitive-Behavioral, Existential-Humanistic, and Integrative Psychotherapy approaches like EMDR and IFS (Internal Family System).
I believe that an authentic, respectful and empathetic relationship is the key to successful outcomes in treatment, as well as on building on individual strengths to help my clients regain a sense of purpose, self-worth, and self-confidence.
