I hold a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a Registered Yoga teacher. I have experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also fully bilingual in Spanish and welcome Latinos in need of counseling with someone who speaks their language and understands their culture.
As a therapist and Yoga Teacher, I believe that when my client is connected with their mind, body and soul our sessions can be far more productive. I welcome yoga and meditation into my mental health sessions but am respectful to clients who prefer traditional talk therapy.

DBT skills group/ Borderline support group facilitated by therapist who is specialized in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Borderline Personality Disorder. Focus is the use of DBT skills and providing support for each other. Group is an adult group but also suitable for mature 17 year olds. This group meets IN PERSON. Intake Session is reguired.
