I provide individual psychotherapy and grief counseling sessions to adult individuals ages 18 and older and I can give state approved supervision to LMHCA's seeking licensure in the state of WA. I have a particular passion and expertise in grief/bereavement/loss, compassion fatigue, anxiety disorders, career counseling, LGBTQIA+, and transgender/gender dysphoria issues. I especially enjoy working with the young adult/college student phase of life and adults who find themselves on the brink of, or in the aftermath, of life altering decisions.
Areas of expertise I offer that bring people into my practice include: healing from the death or loss of a loved one (including pets), anxiety and depression, gender identity/sexual identity, family/friend/partner relationship issues, separation and divorce, compassion fatigue (healthcare, law & academia) and spiritual exploration.
I will work with you to develop your strengths into powerful tools and together we will uncover what may be holding you back from moving forward. My ideal client is someone who has reached a place in their life's journey where they no longer wish to navigate their way alone and are brave enough to ask for help.
