I have extensive experience working in the area of loss and bereavement. Other areas of expertise include: anxiety/depression trauma and relationship and family issues.
Sometimes the most helpful sessions begin when we think we have nothing to say. Feeling seen and feeling felt is a large part of creating the acceptance that allows this journey to unfold and a large part of the work we can do together.
