One of my specialties is helping clients manage the psychological aspects of chronic health problems. Fibromyalgia and other health issues can take a huge toll on relationships, both at home and in the workplace. Often many adjustments must be made and a sense of both anger and frustration can develop.
I use a variety of methods to help my clients. I am specially trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also use Rational-Emotive Therapy (REBT),Acceptance Committment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology (which focuses on your strengths) to allow you to live a better quality of life.
