I am a licensed psychologist providing therapy to older adolescents and adults. My practice includes treatment for anxiety, depression, eating-related concerns, trauma, loss, family issues, illness, self-esteem concerns, academic and work stress, and relational conflicts. I tailor my approach to each client's unique personality and needs and draw from my training and experience with insight-oriented, relational models; cognitive-behavioral interventions; mindfulness-based approaches; and trauma-informed treatments (including Internal Family Systems).
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University and completed my pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. My training included experiences in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and college counseling centers.
While I work with individuals of many ages and life situations, I have specialized knowledge and experience working with students who are navigating the transition to early adulthood and the demands of college and graduate school.
