Dr. Michael Haderlie

Psychologist , PhD

(801) 207-9826
My approach to therapy is flexible, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I will work with you to assess the problem, identify goals for change, and implement effective strategies. Together we will check in on your goals throughout treatment to ensure that you are making progress. My goal is to help you feel better, learn coping strategies, and increase your confidence to successfully address life's challenges.
I specialize in anxiety disorders including OCD, panic, generalized anxiety (worry), social phobia, and trauma. I also have significant experience helping individuals who are experiencing depression, relational difficulties, chronic pain, and addiction, among others.
Research shows that part of what makes therapy effective is a good relationship between client and therapist. I work hard to be sincere, honest, and committed as a therapist. Please do not hesitate to contact me for a free consultation to determine whether my approach is a good fit for you.
