My approach encourages individuals to pinpoint the patterns which may be causing them distress. We can then work together in a supportive environment as they identify the changes they want to make in order to have an emotionally healthy and rewarding life. I also perform evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults to determine cognitive ability, and emotional/personality issues (for example: learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, depression, anxiety, suitability for Bariatric surgery, etc.).
