I work with them to identify and resolve past issues, break patterns, and develop the personal awareness and emotional strength they need to reach their goals.

I use a variety therapeutic approaches, including IFS, EMDR, somatic techniques, and ketamine-assisted therapy, depending upon my clients' needs. My process includes non-judgmental exploration of my clients' experiences, as well as the development of concrete skills to reduce the symptoms that traumatic stress can have on the body and nervous system.

I work with individuals to address a variety of issues, including chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
