I have extensive grief experience and helped hundreds with such losses as infants, children, parents, spouses, siblings, and deaths by suicide or homicide. In addition, I can help you cope with chronic or life-threatening illnesses. I also have specialized training in trauma called EMDR and in couples counseling called Emotion Focused Couples therapy.
Besides traditional counseling, I provide pastoral counseling, which is the integration of one's spirituality with psychological interventions. This form of counseling can be especially helpful for deep hurts or unresolved issues. With my theological training, I understand various spiritual paths and issues with organized religion.
