I work with teens, adults, and mental health professionals and can effectively address issues that keep you feeling depressed, anxious, and disconnected from yourself and others. I want to help you make the necessary changes to have the life you desire. Therapy isn't about finding out what is wrong with you, it is about building on what is RIGHT with you.
I enjoy facilitating transformational work to improve self worth and empower my clients. I have specific training in trauma therapies, CBT, mind/body techniques, and Somatic Experiencing. I have had success working with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and trauma. I also provide supervision for new therapists.
I have a deep respect for what makes us each unique. What often keeps us in pain is the perception of separation from ourselves and others. I offer strategies to help you listen to yourself, explore your different parts, and discover your authentic needs while finding ways to meet these in your life.
