Welcome everyone to my practice!! I have been working with children, teens, families and couples since 2001 at non-profit agencies and private practice here in the Seattle area . I specialize in relational issues, loss and grief issues, depression, anxiety and fears, and general unhappiness and desire for growth. With my experience and education I have been able to hone my skills to create what I believe to be a positive, caring atmosphere necessary for the growth and change that can occur in a therapy session.

I will support you as you examine and adjust the aspects of your life that seem to be blocking your personal growth, your ability to solve problems skillfully, and your feelings of well-being.

Effective therapy also requires that we actively work as a team to foster positive growth and change. Focusing solely on the identified problem or issue can be self-defeating; assessing the issue and moving the train of thought towards a solution is always a goal in therapy
