I specialize in depression and anxiety in women. I enjoy working with women struggling with generalized depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, abusive relationships, divorce recovery, pregnancy depression and anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, traumatic labor and delivery, miscarriage, and loss.
When we have the freedom to explore our feelings in a safe environment, we are able to get to the root cause of whatever is troubling us. My passion is supporting my clients through this process and empowering clients to create more fulfilling lives for themselves.
