In my practice I integrate holistic, with various psychological modalities which helps a person focus on his/her own growth and discover true potential. I believe that in order for a person to obtain a healthy state of being, he/she must work on grounding themselves within their life and discover self-actualization! Along with being duly licensed, I am also certified as a Diplomat in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP), through the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I offer a new group of therapeutic approaches that work with the human energy system and are understood to effect the body/mind interconnection.
I specialize working with women, adults, and teens who are challenged with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, survivors of abuse, and/or other life challenges. I also work with families and/or family members who struggle with Drug or Alcohol issues, co-dependency, and creating healthy boundaries.
