I have been a therapist and counselor for over 15 years. I work with people who have a DEEP desire for change in relationship to why they are coming in for counseling.
I specialize in helping people work through their personal issues such as; marriage problems, depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, mood disorders, sexual issues, communication issues, career/life coaching, parenting coaching, dysfunctional relationships, or any other behavior problems that are interfering with a normal or higher quality of life.
I enjoy working with individuals pre-adolescent and older. Using an ecletic based approach with clients enables me to connect with my client through Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Rational Emotionally Focused Therapy. The spiritual aspect of healing also can come into play for those that desire this approach.
