Hello, I am Dr. C.M. Teague and welcome to my practice here at Teague and Associates (Overcome-URFA). I entered this profession because I believe that everyone can be successful in life with the right support, increased self-awareness and insight that is unique to their life situations. I really enjoy seeing people be successful. I have a PhD in educational psychology, a MA in professional counseling, and a BS in psychology. I am a licensed professional counselor, mental health service provider and national certified counselor. I look forward to helping you develop a new way of thinking and a better way of living.
My approach to psychotherapy/counseling consist of client-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive/behavioral approaches. This simply means that our sessions will focus on building a genuine nonjudgmental relationship, exploring the past and the present, and understanding how your thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and life situations contribute to your strengths and needs.
