In my practice, I mainly work with adults experiencing a variety of life transitions and struggles such as a recent move or relationship issues as well as emotional issues such as trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. In therapy, we will work together on developing different ways of thinking and being as well as forming new ways to cope with emotions and situations.
I tend to integrate mind-body approaches and creative expression into sessions. Being trained as a counselor, art therapist, and somatic experiencing practitioner, together we can determine what modality may be appropriate for you.
I currently do not have any openings available for new clients.
