Over the years I have gained diverse experience working with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, couples and family issues, life transitions, stress management, women's issues, parenting and many more areas. Change for the better is possible, even in the most trying of circumstances. I work toward achieving this with every client I see.
I believe the goal of counseling is to achieve personal peace, and to create a life that is more than just a struggle to get by. It is finding a sense of fulfillment in all possible areas. I dedicate myself to supporting each client on this path.
