I have had extensive training and experience with adolescents and adults dealing with family issues, divorce, relationship struggles, career counseling, and life transitions. I have a BA in secondary education, an MA in Guidance Counseling, and LCPC license. I am Myers- Briggs certified and have great success using this tool for couples counseling.
My trusted assistant Sophie accompanies me to the office. She is a 7 old collie who loves to interact and add comfort when needed. I practice equine assisted psychotherapy at Shady Oak Farm in Cape Elizabeth and also see clients with Lyme, Lyme co infections and long Covid. The road to a happy, healthy future sometimes starts with reaching out!
