It could also mean helping you enjoy life more, regardless of what is happening around you. I have been providing therapy to individual adults and adolescents, as well as couples and families for over 20 years. I work with a diverse range of emotional, behavioral and relationship issues, utilizing the most effective research-based treatment models.
Beyond general practice, I specialize in couples therapy, adolescent mental health, and evidence-based treatment of depression and anxiety. I am a directive, results-driven therapist who believes the most effective therapy combines nurturing support with proven cutting-edge strategies and makes space for irreverence and humor.
